Accessibility statement
Blank Mason Candle Bar wants everyone to be able to book a workshop, plan a party and shop with us. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across blankmason.com.
What we do
- Design pages with readable color contrast, clear headings and visible keyboard focus.
- Label buttons, forms and images so screen readers can describe them.
- Let you pause the background video and respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
- Test our pages with automated accessibility checks and keyboard-only navigation.
Third-party tools
Some features are provided by partners, including online booking (Tock), forms (HubSpot), gift cards (Square) and wholesale ordering (Faire). We choose partners that support accessibility, but we don’t control their content. If one of these isn’t working for you, contact us and we’ll complete the booking or order with you directly.
In the store
Our candle bar is inside Westfield Old Orchard, which offers accessible parking, entrances and restrooms. Let us know about any accommodation you need for your workshop or party and we’ll plan for it.

If something on our site is hard to use, please call 847.410.7550 or email info@blankmason.com. Tell us the page and what happened, and we’ll respond within two business days. If you’re trying to book or order right now, call us during open hours and we’ll finish it with you over the phone.
